We are not a commission based company. However, in the event you are interested in custom-made props or costuming pieces please keep in mind that we will only consider serious inquiries only. Our shop specializes in quality, durable products. We use the best materials we can find for each specific task depending on the individual needs. Because this item is being tailored and specially designed per your request, expect the prices and time requirements to vary and reflect this. Although we try to be as reasonable with our prices as we can be, keep in mind that you are requesting a service. You are therein paying for materials, a special made-to-order item and our time.<\/p>\n

If you decide to move forward with your inquiry, expect the following:<\/p>\n

\u2022 We research all materials and character\/prop specs so we can provide you with top quality props and costumes. We request you provide us with clear pictures of the items you wish to commission. The more pictures available, the better the end result. <\/p>\n

o Research time can take from a couple of days to a week depending on the difficulty of the project requested.<\/p>\n

\u2022 A non-refundable reserve will be required to start the project via our store. <\/p>\n

o This money will cover initial costs to make the item and reserve your time<\/p>\n

\u2022 Times required to finish projects can heavily vary from item to item.<\/p>\n

o You will be informed of the estimated time of completion<\/p>\n

o Items that are required sooner may cost additional fees<\/p>\n

o Be realistic with your expectations, just because you need it in a month doesn’t mean that\u2019s how fast it can be produced.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Some items may require you to fill out a form with measurements<\/p>\n

\u2022 Requested alterations will be considered custom work and have an additional fee<\/p>\n

\u2022 Certain times of the year are blackout dates for commissions. (April-September)<\/p>\n

\u2022 Pictures of the process of your project may be posted on Facebook. <\/p>\n

o We reserve the right to do so at our discretion. We will not show the completed project to the public until after it\u2019s been delivered.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Upon completion of the product, your item will be posted in the store with various pictures.<\/p>\n

\u2022 You will be responsible for the remainder of the balance plus shipping and tax if applicable for your state.<\/p>\n

These are the general guidelines we will adhere to for any commissions we accept. We reserve the right to change these policies at any time.
